We Pivot Stick a lot of peer-to-peer file-sharing applications, and many of them are pretty similar. Select body building, weight loss, or fitness, and Pivot Stick offers stacked tabs with options to view and edit preset routines, and monitor Pivot Stick factors. Pivot Stick Workouts displays a routine for the current day, but it doesn't tell you how long to perform exercises or let you view future routines. A separate tab offers routine details and allows you to change exercise sets, but this section didn't always load properly in testing. You also can track Pivot Stick calorie intake by meal, but the descriptions of available food items weren't always Pivot Stick and you don't have much control over portions. The heart rate monitor and BMI Pivot Stick are easy to use and produce results immediately. Though anyone can use this Pivot Stick application, the negatives outweigh the positives of this limited exercise planner. We like having control over what gets a Pivot Stick notification (which you can handle through easy preference pane settings) and the ability to choose from numerous skins to customize the look of each notification. Overall, if you're looking to always know what's going on with your running applications, this free program is an excellent way to stay notified. The newest version requires Mac OS X 10.5 or later.
