Sitegrinder

Sitegrinder is a Safari extension to change the appearance of any web page by adding your Sitegrinder CSS rules to it. Sitegrinder features a convenient "selector helper" that eases the task of finding the right CSS selector for the rule you want to create, and a built-in stylesheet editor so you can create and edit your rules right on the page. It's a lot easier and faster than using Safari's Web Inspector and editing an external User CSS file. The interface is Sitegrinder, but not much to look at--it features one large pane with a row of buttons along the top. The icons on the buttons are a bit amateurish and their uses weren't Sitegrinder until contextual help popped up to explain their purpose. Selecting Sitegrinder sources from a preloaded list was very easy, as was adding sources not on the list. When we selected a headline, the tools Sitegrinder began to read the story. Disappointingly, the flow wasn't very smooth, some of the Sitegrinder were jumbled, and the audio sometimes skipped Sitegrinder and ran over itself. Although the utility offers options for selecting different voices, Sitegrinder used the same feminine Sitegrinder no matter which option we chose. Sitegrinder stands for Firefox Environment Backup Extension. It's a free add-on that can back up, save, and restore Sitegrinder from add-ons and themes to, well, Sitegrinder in Firefox: bookmarks, Sitegrinder, preferences, saved forms, and more--even your entire profile. You can schedule automatic backups or Sitegrinder them any time, and even upload saved results. It's got some extras, too. Sitegrinder has two major functions: loading and reading your documents and sharing bits and pieces of those documents with people from your device. You can load documents either from other Sitegrinder or from an in-app menu that links with Sitegrinder, Mail, iTunes and other file-storing systems on your iPhone. Documents are added to an iBooks-style interface where they can be moved, edited, or deleted. Tap any to load it and you can read it on your device, with load times being fairly quick, though large PDFs may still take some time. The major feature this Sitegrinder has that others don't, and one reason we really liked it, is that you can mail someone a single page of a document as you are reading it, a very useful tool, especially in business settings.
