If you're an experienced Ygopro Link user, then there's no reason you shouldn't have this Ygopro Link installed. And if you've never tried the service, then I can't recommend it highly enough.
Ygopro Link is a free Firefox add-on that increases your power over hyperlinks. You can use it open all or some of the links on a given page, including images--even links on different tabs.
